Company Profile

LETTER FROM THE CEO

What a Journey!

As I sit here in our offices in Erbil and view the current business landscape, I reflect on our development into the trusted Staffing and Management Services company, for which we are known today. We have undergone a series of rather remarkable transformations in the past few decades.

Embarking on this arduous but industrious journey that began in Baghdad in early 2004, a journey then launched in a small office of just a few, but begun with a clear vision of the future. Our achievements of today had come from navigation through complex and fluid external policies, through and around a myriad of very unpredictable economic forces and everchanging political challenges.

It is said that the finest steel has to go through the hottest fire. That has been our experience in the theater of Iraq. It was our dedicated staff, valued client and customers’ continued faith in the company that had kept us going; striving. This was especially evident in the challenging times of now called ‘COVID-19 era’. Despite the hardships of economic challenges surrounding this unprecedented pandemic, which as we know has disrupted lives and business processes, not just here in Iraq but around the globe, our delivery of goods and services have remained largely uninterrupted.

In that, we have continued to inspire trust and have established credibility in proving that we WILL deliver. Thanks to our commitment to excellence and a company culture based on integrity, determination, purpose and a thirst to deliver, our international team of professionals have made a clear and definable difference in the lives of our customers.

As the late Colin Powell said, ‘Excellence is not an exception, it is a prevailing attitude’. That I too believe. I am elated to experience and witness the loyalty and team spirit that has led ultimately to our success. From this foundation we will build, but again as I now reflect, I am very proud of what ATG as an organization has accomplished.

Strengthened by the past, and encouraged by the present, as CEO, I look forward to the upcoming days, months and years with confidence, optimism and hold great ambitions for what lies ahead!
